* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Montgomery County in central Georgia...
  Northeastern Wheeler County in central Georgia...
  Southwestern Emanuel County in east central Georgia...
  Treutlen County in east central Georgia...
  Northwestern Toombs County in southeastern Georgia...

* Until 300 AM EDT Saturday.

* At 859 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour.
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Swainsboro, Soperton, Mount Vernon, Vidalia, Glenwood, Oak Park,
  Ailey, Higgston, Nunez, Tarrytown, Zaidee, Kibbee, Gillis Springs,
  Normantown, Covena, Norristown, Lothair, Barnhill and Norristown
  Junction.

  Flat Creek, Mill Creek, Jacks Creek, Oconee Branch, Oconee Creek,
  Little Ohoopee River, Dry Branch, Crooked Creek, Peterson Creek,
  Long Creek, Swift Creek, Cypress Creek, Oconee River, Rocky Creek,
  Little Cypress Creek, Little Creek, McCullough Creek, Tiger Creek,
  Cobb Creek, Naked Creek, Larry Creek, Pendleton Creek, Shotbag
  Creek, Reedy Creek, Ochwalkee Creek, Yam Grandy Creek, Ohoopee
  River, Open Creek, Camp Branch, Bear Creek, Bobtail Creek, Little
