...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of west central Hays
and central Blanco Counties through 700 PM CDT...

At 612 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fischer, or 8 miles northwest of Wimberley, moving northwest at 25
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Wimberley, Blanco, Johnson City, Woodcreek, Henly, Payton, Mount
Gainor, and Hays City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
