...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern
Guadalupe, central Atascosa, Wilson and central Bexar Counties
through 645 AM CDT...

At 600 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Selma to near Stinson Municipal Airport to
Poteet. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Hill Country Village, Martinez, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Losoya,
Pleasanton, Southton, Sayers, Selma, Coughran, Espey, Amphion,
Schertz, Sandy Oaks, Brooks City Base, Castle Hills, Sutherland
Springs, Leming, Buena Vista, and Elmendorf.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
