            *** 1 FATAL ***
            Flash flooding occurred in Eagle Pass, which
            included water entering some homes and a
            vehicle high water rescue. Another vehicle
            was swept into a canal near Roosevelt Street
            and Austin Street. The car became lodged
            under a bridge at Wilson Street. The lone
            occupant, an 18 year old male, was found
            deceased downstream in the Rio Grande River,
            just south of International Bridge II.
