            *** 1 FATAL, 1 INJ ***
            A vehicle with two occupants was swept into
            water near the confluence of Devils Draw and
            Howard Draw, north of Pandale. The vehicle
            was later found downstream near Pandale with
            one female occupant deceased. A male
            occupant survived and was taken to a
            hospital with serious injuries. Note, the
            time listed is only a rough estimate. It is
            not known the exact time when this happened
            Friday evening.
