            Heavy rainfall occurred Monday and Monday
            night across the northeast side of San
            Antonio. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain
            occurred. This caused a quick rise into
            flood stage on Salado Creek early Tuesday
            morning. One flash flood fatality occurred
            within the Salado Creek Greenway, near J
            Street Park.
