.DISCUSSION...

Persistent summer weather pattern continues with hot
and mostly sunny afternoons. Minimum humidity levels during the
peak heating of the day near the lower 30 percent range. The
winds maintain a southerly flow with peak breezes during the late
afternoon into the early evening with gusts up to around 20 mph. A
decrease in wind speeds occurs beyond midnight into each morning.
Humidity levels also recover overnight into each morning with
scattered morning low clouds.
