.DISCUSSION...

Hot weather will continue into the evening with a light southeast
breeze of around 5 mph. RH values are currently running around
16-19 percent but should recover to above 30 percent by 9 PM and
to around 80 to 83 percent by daybreak Tuesday. Winds should go
even lighter late tonight and shift to the southwest at 5 mph at
daybreak Tuesday. No precipitation or even low clouds are
expected, so the hot and harsh afternoon conditions will return
for a similar wind RH and temperature for 5 pm Tuesday.
