.DISCUSSION...Coolest temperatures will occur Monday night into
Tuesday morning with the rest of the period trending milder with
the light southerly to southwesterly flow. Sustained 20 ft wind
speeds are to remain below 10 mph with the occasional gusts up
into the 15 to 20 mph range. Afternoon highs both Tuesday and
Wednesday reach the 70s under mostly to completely clear skies
with the minimum humidity values falling to between 25 and 30
percent. Humidity levels recover into each overnight period.
