.DISCUSSION...
Warm conditions continue this week with most locations remaining
dry for most of the week. Ample sunshine along with low afternoon
humidity will continue to promote the drying of fuels across the
region. Deeper southeasterly flow returns today to bring briefly
moister air back to the region through Tuesday, especially across
the Rio Grande Plains and Edwards Plateau. Otherwise, minimum
relative humidity remains above 25% this week. 20 foot winds will
remain generally 10 mph or less this week. There are low chances
(20%) for isolated showers across the Coastal Plains Friday and
Sunday and across the Hill Country and portions of the I-35
corridor Saturday.
