.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms
continue through this afternoon and early evening for locations
generally along and east of the I-35 corridor. Increasing tropical
moisture will result in a 20-40% chance of showers and storms
from overnight through Saturday. Rainfall amounts on average are
forecast to be 1/10 to 1/3 inch, although many areas will miss
out, especially closer to the Rio Grande. Warm and mainly dry
conditions are forecast Sunday and Monday. Increasing chances for
showers and storms are forecast mid to late next week. Minimum
humidity levels remain above 30 percent for majority of the
region through the period.
