.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to widely scattered coverage is expected for the rest of
this afternoon and part of this evening increasing each day to
more widespread activity mid to late week with locally heavy rain
possible. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values below 30
percent remain possible along the Rio Grande and southern Edwards
Plateau this afternoon and Wednesday afternoon before moisture
increases throughout south central Texas for the rest of the work
week. Aside from weak southeasterly winds this afternoon, daytime
winds this week are expected to be out of the east-northeast over
most locations as a few boundaries move into the local area mid
to late week.
