.DISCUSSION...
Southerly low level flow maintains an unseasonably warm and moist
airmass through the middle of next week. Minimum humidities
remain well above 30 percent across most areas. Although, minimum
humidities may locally drop into the 20s along the Rio Grande
with better mixing on Sunday through next week, winds will be 10
mph or less, except locally higher across Val Verde County. Upper
level ridging builds with only slight chances of showers and
storms across Val Verde County during the evening hours of Sunday
through Monday. Chances of showers and storms return across most
areas on Tuesday through Wednesday with a greater potential for
wetting rains as upper level troughs move across the Plains
states.
