.DISCUSSION...
An upper level disturbance will bring another chance for rain to
the area from the Hill Country to the Coastal Plains today. An
upper level ridge will build in from the west as we head into the
middle of the week, leading to dry conditions for most areas along
with near normal temperatures. Minimum relative humidity will
stay above 30% over most of the region through the week, but will
drop into the 20s along the Rio Grande where temperatures will be
highest.
