Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 130 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eagle Pass, Quemado, Chula Vista, Normandy, Darling, Radar Base, Paloma, Rosita, Laughlin AFB Aux Field, Elm Creek, Siesta Acres, Seco Mines, Fabrica, Las Quintas Fronterizas and Eidson Road. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
