The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Burnet County in south central Texas...
  Northeastern Llano County in south central Texas...

* Until 615 AM CDT.

* At 406 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain moving into the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has
  fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 4 inches in 1 hour.
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are possible in the
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Llano, Buchanan Dam, Buchanan Lake Village, Lone Grove, Baby Head,
  Stolz, Bluffton, Tow and Valley Spring.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
