The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of south central Texas,
including the following counties, Bandera, Blanco, Dimmit, Edwards,
Frio, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Maverick, Medina,
Real, Uvalde, Val Verde and Zavala.

The threat of heavy rain leading to flash flooding has ended.
Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at noon CDT today. Continue
to heed road closures and avoid flooded areas.
