Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated amounts of 5 to 7 inches are possible across the Flood Watch area. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Bexar, Blanco, Burnet, Edwards, Gillespie, Kendall, Kerr, Kinney, Llano, Medina, Real and Uvalde. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
