Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The Flood Watch continues for some parts of South Central Texas through noon Monday as scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast especially for parts of the southern Edwards Plateau and Rio Grande.
