...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 PM MDT
FOR SOUTHWESTERN OTERO AND EAST CENTRAL DONA ANA COUNTIES...

At 947 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles south of
White Sands National Park, moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
White Sands National Park, Orogrande, Lake Lucero, and Oro Grande
Range Complex.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
