  Western Otero County in south central New Mexico...
  East central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 500 PM MDT.

* At 431 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located just east of
  Dripping Springs, Soledad Canyon, and Talavera, and is nearly
  stationary.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dona Ana Range Complex, Dripping Springs, Soledad Canyon, and
  Portions of Organ Mountains Desert Peaks National Monument.
