  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Central El Paso, East El Paso, Far East El Paso, Mission Valley,
  Fort Bliss, Biggs Field, and Fort Bliss Northeast.
