* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  North central Sierra County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 515 PM MDT.

* At 440 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 11 miles east of
  Monticello, moving east at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Rock House, Alamosa Canyon, Elephant Butte Lake, and South
  Monticello Campground.

This includes Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 86 and
97.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
