...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN SIERRA AND
NORTHWESTERN DONA ANA COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM MDT...

At 749 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles south of Rincon, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 35 to 45 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible. Blowing dust from gusty outflow winds could
         reduce visibility.

Locations impacted include...
Hatch, Rincon, Portions of Jornada Experimental Range, Rinconcito,
Angostura, Rodey, and Peaceful Valley.

This includes Interstate 25 in New Mexico between mile markers 20 and
39.
