...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN DONA ANA AND
NORTHWESTERN EL PASO COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 PM MDT...

At 926 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Chamberino, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Westway, Vinton, Anthony, Anthony Gap, Chaparral, Chamberino, La
Union, La Mesa, High Valley, Vado, Berino, Union Pacific Intermodal
Terminal, Franklin Mountains State Park, and Northeast El Paso.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 155 and 164.
 Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 1 and 3.
