At 736 PM MDT, a strong thunderstorm was over Fabens, moving southeast at 10 mph. Additional weaker showers were over southeastern El Paso, and north of Fort Hancock. With very dry air in place, even the weaker showers could produce localized strong dowburst winds. Local areas of blowing dust will also be possible. HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph.
