.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire weather conditions on Thursday as skies clear and
drier air moves in. Midday RH falling to 15-20% with wind out of
the southwest 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph mid-afternoon.
Ventilation becoming Very Good after 11 AM, with smoke transport
to the ENE. Very similar conditions on Friday with dry, warm
conditions and afternoon breezes. We are not planning on Red Flags
at this time.
Cold front out of the High Plains arrives Saturday, leading to
light, southeast winds over the weekend and better RH. Low fire
weather risk into early next week.
