Light, up-canyon flow Thursday afternoon with mostly sunny skies.
Evening thunderstorms will be more focused west of the Rio Grande
Valley, with only isolated coverage over the Sacramento Mountains
(10-20%). Typical late-September temperatures. Weather conditions
becoming partly cloudy overnight with gusty winds near
thunderstorms. Storm chances increase quite a bit this weekend.
