.DISCUSSION...
Monsoonal moisture will remain in place with good to excellent
overnight recoveries while afternoon RH values drop into the mid
to upper 20s. Winds will be light, topping out less than 10 MPH.
Showers and thunderstorms will develop in the afternoon, beginning
in the mountains before developing in the lowlands in the evening
with isolated to scattered coverage. Vent rates will range poor to
fair.
