.DISCUSSION...
With continued moist conditions, fire weather concerns are low.
Scattered to numerous showers and isolated to scattered storms
can be expected through the day. Partly to mostly cloudy skies
will keep temperatures below average for the middle of August
with Min RH values at or above 30 percent areawide. Prevailing
afternoon winds will be southwesterly to westerly at 7 to 12
mph. The main threats will heavy rain and localized flash
flooding, especially in the vicinity of recent burn scars.
