.DISCUSSION...

Moisture will be on the decrease starting today. Thunderstorms
capable of heavy rain expected again tomorrow but we will see
a downtrend in coverage as the days go on. By Thursday, expect
the best chances for rain to be in the higher terrain with little to
no storms in the lowlands, especially by Friday and into the
weekend. Min RHs stay above critical thresholds at 18-30% in
the lowlands and 40-70% in the area mountains the next few
days. 20 foot winds stay light and southeasterly at 5-8 mph.
