.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions will continue for mainly the lowlands for Friday
with the lowest afternoon RH values across the Rio Grande Valley.
Far eastern and far western areas, especially mountains, will see
at least a low chance for showers. A clap or two of thunder cannot
be ruled out. Winds will top out around 10 mph. Saturday will
feature cooler conditions with at low chances for showers area
wide. Venting will range very good to excellent for Friday and
good to very good for Saturday.
