An upper level storm system moving through this morning the Borderland will bring snow
showers to the Gila/Black Range and Sacramento mountains with isolated lowland showers
this morning. Min RH values today will remain in the 20s in the lowlands and 30s in the
mountains with windy conditions today. For Thursday, windy conditions with Min RH
values in the teens east of the Rio Grande, leading to critical fire weather conditions
in far West Texas. For Friday and Saturday, breezy to windy conditions and Min
RH values on Friday and Saturday mainly in the 20s in the lowlands and 30s and
above in the mountains leading to near critical fire weather conditions east of
the Rio Grande through Saturday, with elevated fire weather conditions elsewhere
through the same period.
