.DISCUSSION...
Rich moisture will continue to limit fire weather concerns across
the Borderland through tomorrow. Another round of storms is
expected tonight in and around portions of the Rio Grande Valley.
Some storms could become strong to severe. A drying trend will
take hold Wednesday, with minRH falling into the teens to 20
percent range by the weekend. Winds will increase slightly towards
the end of the week but will remain below critical thresholds.
