.DISCUSSION...

We will again see breezy to windy conditions this afternoon, but
not as much winds as we saw on Tuesday and min RH`s will be
higher, ranging from the upper teens in Texas and above 20% in New
Mexico. For Thursday, we will see less winds with min RH`s at or
above 20% across the region. Then on Friday, the next upper level
storm system will approach the area and we will have another windy
afternoon. Winds will be near critical levels and so will min
RH`s in area lowlands. We will see a little drier conditions on
Saturday, but a little less winds. Ventilation rates will be good
to excellent today and Thursday.
