.DISCUSSION...
Monsoonal moisture remains in place, which will promote good to
excellent overnight recoveries while afternoon minimums range 25
to 35%. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to
develop in the afternoon Tuesday before moving into the lowlands
during the late afternoon and evening hours. Winds, outside of
thunderstorms will be light. Venting will range fair to good for
most places.
