.DISCUSSION...
Abundant moisture will work to temper fire weather concerns
through midweek. Widespread precipitation will persist through the
overnight hours today. Tuesday, isolated storms will favor areas
along and east of the Rio Grande Valley, some of which could
become strong. A drying trend will take hold on Wednesday through
the weekend but minRH will stay above critical thresholds. Low-end
breezy conditions may take hold toward the end of the work week.
