.DISCUSSION...
One last quiet and mostly dry day today before a very wet stretch of
days Tuesday through Thursday. Min RHs today will be 16-22% in the
lowlands and 25-40% in the mountains. Min RHs increase gradually
Tuesday but by Wednesday RHs will be as high as 50-75% in the
lowlands and 80-100% in the mountains. 20 foot winds will remain
light at around 5 mph the next several days except Tuesday as winds
will be slightly breezier during the afternoon at 10-15 mph.
