...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...South Tularosa Canyon in Otero County, New Mexico...

* WHEN...Until 515 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 314 PM MDT, Slow moving thunderstorms have produced just over
    1 inch of rain in parts of South Tularosa Canyon, near Head
    Springs. Minor flooding may occur in the canyon, flowing south
    towards Mescalero Village.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mescalero, South Tularosa Canyon, and Firman Lake.
