Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1204 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall of up to 0.25 to 0.75 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
