West Central Hudspeth County in western Texas... * Until midnight MDT tonight. * At 939 PM MDT, Thunderstorms producing heavy rain have pushed into the higher terrain north and east of Interstate 10 in southwestern Hudspeth County. 1 to 1.50 inches of rain has fallen in a short period of time, in an area which received heavy rainfall just last night. While many arroyos in the area have small retention dams, the depth of water behind them is not known, and heavy rain has fallen downstream of the dams as well. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
