The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  Southern Otero County in south central New Mexico...
  West central Hudspeth County in western Texas...
  El Paso County in western Texas...

* Until 515 PM MDT.

* At 353 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over East El Paso,
  tracking south and west across East El Paso, toward Central El
  Paso..

  HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with gusty winds of 30 to
           40 mph.

  SOURCE...Detected by National Weather Service meteorologists.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 19 and
  62.

Locations impacted include...
West El Paso, East El Paso, Central El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far
East El Paso, Mission Valley, Tornillo, Fabens, Clint, Horizon City,
Hueco Tanks, Indian Cliffs Ranch, San Elizario, Fort Bliss, Socorro,
Sparks, Homestead Meadows, Agua Dulce, Biggs Field, and Dairyland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
