The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  West central Otero County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 645 PM MDT.

* At 542 PM MDT, a haboob was 7 miles northwest of Orogrande, moving
  southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Less than three miles visibility.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes Highway 54 in New Mexico between mile markers 21 and
  42.

Orogrande.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
