Valid today from 11 AM MDT through 10 PM MDT. West-WNW winds 20 to 25
knots with gusts to 30 knots beginning before noon. Winds will
increase to 25 to 28 knots with gusts 35 to 40 knots by 19Z (1 PM
MDT). Visibility in blowing dust will begin to diminish to 3 to 5
miles by 20Z (2 PM). Visibility down to 1 SM is possible after 21Z
(3 PM). Visibility will improve rapidly after 02Z (8 PM), as
winds and mixing begin to diminish with sunset.
