  West Central Trinity County in northwestern California...

* Until 345 PM PDT.

* At 313 PM PDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles west of
  Peanut, or 9 miles southwest of Hayfork, moving northwest at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hayfork.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.

Wind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning.
