...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WIND...North to northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35
  mph. Isolated gusts up to 50 mph along ridgetops and highest
  terrain.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent today. Very poor recoveries
  of 20 to 30 percent tonight.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, warm temperatures and
critically dry fuels can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
