.DISCUSSION...Light southerly winds build from 3-6mph by dawn, further increasing by
the afternoon 10-15mph sustained with gusts 22-24mph by the late afternoon and into the evening.
Overnight RH recoveries are high around 70-74% into Tuesday morning. Southerly winds dominate through the next few days as
a trough and low pressure system arrive. Rain probabilities increase by the evening and increase into late Tuesday
night-early Wednesday morning. Southerly winds build again by midnight Wednesday morning, 15-20mph sustained gusting
up to 36mph by sunrise. Overnight recovery RH values span 76-80% into Wednesday morning. Snow is possible by Wednesday evening.
