.DISCUSSION...An incoming low pressure system Sunday night will bring increased precipitation
to the incident area. Rain is expected to start early in the morning then
possibly transition to snow at the higher elevations if evaporative cooling reaches
the freezing level. Rain amounts are expected to be between 0.30" - 0.50". through
Monday afternoon. Winds will be shifting Monday with possible gusts to 15mph in the
afternoon as the axis of the front passes overhead. Conditions will be calmer on Tuesday
with a chance of light rainshowers producing rain amounts at a maximum of 0.10" and more
seasonable temperatures in the mid 50s with light northerly winds.

Sky/weather.........Rain with snow likely in the morning, then rain
                    likely in the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds around 5mph in the
