.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions persist. Winds will become
gusty this Thursday afternoon from a weak shortwave trough over
the coast. Gusts up to 20 mph are forecast from the south. Winds
will be weaker on Friday and more diurnally and terrain driven
with some gusts likely. Minimum RH will range in the mid to upper
20s, but overnight recoveries will be strong in the mid 70s to up
to 90%.
