.DISCUSSION...Northeasterly winds this morning at 1-2mph will turn southwest
and build to 5mph by 10-11am. Winds veer a bit more westerly by the afternoon
and build to around 7-8mph...easing 7-6mph by the early evening. RH values start
out high this morning around 70-77% and drop by 2pm to around 14% just as the
afternoon westerly winds pick up, mentioned previously. High today of 89-91F.
Winds ease by dusk to  3mph and veer southerly..further diminishing overnight 3-1mph.
RH recovery overnight into Friday rebound from 36-77%. Wind build Friday late morning
out of the southwest just before noon  around 7mph and ease to 5mph by early evening.
